After you’ve finished personalizing your new home’s design and materials, we’ll begin building it. And we don’t mess around. You’re home will be ready for you to move in 90 days from the time we start.**

  • 1-30 days home is framed, windows installed and mechanicals rough-in complete.
  • 31-60 days sheetrock, finish trim, hard surface flooring, paint, exterior finishes
  • 61 – 90 days have us dotting the “i’s” and crossing the “t’s.”

Our 90 Day Build Time Guarantee to you – Your home will be completed within 90 days or we’ll pay YOU $75/day until we get it finished.**

During your construction period you can also look forward to the following:

  • Proactive communication with weekly phone calls and email updates.
  • A personalized orientation of your new home one week prior to closing with one of Hallmark Homes owners.

Quality inspection on the day of closing

Not only will Gordon Nixon or Russ Tolbert, Hallmark Homes owners, personally review your home one week prior to closing, we’ll come back and meet with you again the day of closing.

We’ll provide you with the Home Buyer Warranty Corporation (HBW) 2/10 warranty that will protect you from costly structural defects up to 10 years after your home is built. The quality standards on the day of your closing must meet or exceed HBW’s standards. If they don’t, we’ll postpone the closing to complete the items and we’ll pay YOU $75/day.***
